Nếu bạn gặp thông báo lỗi There was a problem sending the command to the program khi mở file Excel bằng cách nhấp đúp chuột thì bạn có thể khắc phục như sau:
Nhấn phải chuột lên file Excel > Open để mở file.
Microsoft Excel 2010
Nhấn chuột lên thẻ File > Options > Advanced > General > bỏ chọn mục Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) > OK.
Microsoft Office Excel 2007
Nhấn chuột lên Office Button ở góc trên bên trái > Excel Options > Advanced > General > bỏ chọn mục Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) > OK.
Microsoft Office Excel 2003 trở về trước
Vào menu Tools > Options > chọn thẻ General > bỏ chọn mục Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) > OK.
